In the event you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return the merchandise for a refund, credit, or exchange. You have a no-risk, hassle-free 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied we will refund or credit the value of your return plus any taxes charged. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please include order number on all returns. It can be found on the order confirmation email.

Our customer care associates will be happy to assist you with any exchanges or replacements. In the event of mis-sent orders, damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt. Shipping charges may or may not be refunded. In this case if FFI is replacing the merchandise due to damge or our error we will send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges.

If you are simply unsatisfied with your order upon receipt, we will exchange the item for one of equal value. In this case the taxes you were charged and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping or handling charge.


You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing by calling (203) 234-2882. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policies for easy returns.


We ask that you tell us when you do not wish to receive periodic e-mails from us.
